NOWS is in a renovated facility which is well suited to meet the needs of its residents. Our home has sufficient space to comfortably house 18-20 moms with children at any one time. The average stay is four months, and it is expected that 60-100 individuals will be served annually. Residents contribute their time to the maintenance and upkeep of the house as well as preparation of communal meals.

The facility includes:

* Family rooms for mothers with children

* Common living, cooking, and dining areas

* Children’s resource room, fully equipped to engage and encourage the development of socialization skills

* Completely stocked kitchen and pantry, available to residents for all meals

* Computer equipped adult resource room
